    Cadenheads tasting notes:

Nose: very fresh, mint choc chip ice cream, lemon juice. Heather also comes through, very classy on the nose.

Palate: clotted cream, toffee meringues, golden syrup, black cherries, delivering a stunning mid palate thats a taste delight.

Finish: This finish is really good with sweet honey, icing sugar, liquorice with coffee beans. Old school whisky that delivers.

My first Strathmill - and quite pleasant impressions, though a little smeared taste and if not for the finish, it would be even very tasty. The balance is a little overwhelmed, but in general everything is pretty decent. 22
    • Nose
Very fresh and fairly light nose, sweet peach and mango. Still some sort of exotic. A good attack on the receptors. Something reminded Glen Keith. 22-23
    • Taste
The barrel, a little spice and some kind of sugary from the honeycomb begin to appear, again a peach. 22
    • Finish
It goes far into the wood, is strongly chopped, begins to be bitter, then there are a few sweet oranges. Maybe one of the barrels was not very and thus tried to pull. 21

Balance sheet (21) A good talk, but I do not like it, maybe I'm tired. (86)
    • Nose
Lemon, honey and heather ... wood .... vanilla and coconut water ... raw walnut ... herb (22)
    • Taste
The taste is creamy-malty, soft and sweet (22)
    • Finish
melon and tree, light spice ... ginger chocolate (21)
