  5. ffmdino did not rate this whisky Expert Senior

    a hammer painter
but what will bother many is the very bitter and this glue note
    Both suited me
he does not need water !!
    • Nose
fat, dark, tobacco, polish, old wood, a slightly chemical touch so glue, slightly floury and brown apple, neat sherry, raisins, nut, deciduous forest, freshly beaten wood
with water: sweetness, more raisins, vanilla comes through
    • Taste
full, oily and strong on the palate
dark, but very bitter, coffee / espresso, very dark red berries, good sherry, the alcohol is well integrated, dark chocolate, raisins
      with water: even more oak
    • Finish
      long
Oak and will be more, slightly sherry, very bitter, dark
      with water no change
