Sweet red fruits, over which a pleasant malting note hovers. Mineral. Very fresh, with sea spray. Vanilla and some caramel. Reminds in places to the 12 CS of neighbors from Springbank. After a while come loamy soil, espresso beans, nougat chocolate, marzipan. Nice fat nose.

Strong and spicy start with malt, marzipan, nougat and caramel sweets. Heather honey provides sweetness, as does the tangerines and orange slices. Almonds, hazelnuts. Nice mineral. You can literally chew the marzipan and the nougat pieces. Mild oak flavor. Raisins, gingerbread spice.

Medium long and slightly dry. Oak wort is gaining momentum, fine-bitter herbs are mixing in. Nevertheless, a remainder of honey, which absorbs the herbs and the oak.
