A great and demanding single cask. A bit uncomfortable here and there, which only makes the whiskey more interesting.
    • Nose
Earthy, fat and spicy, a bit of must and mold from an old barrel. Dried blackberries and blueberries, raisins, dark chocolate. Every now and then scratches a small sulfur note, but gets over it well, especially after the glass has stood still for a certain period of time. Dark chocolate (Scho-ka-kola). Burning spices, which were initially covered by the earthy notes: clove powder, cinnamon, curry spice, tarragon.
    • Taste
Earthy, spicy and creamy, you don't think it has nearly 59%. Dark (dried) fruits, tart chocolate. Pepper, coriander, cinnamon, a little ginger, juniper berries. Has a pleasant, woody tartness.
    • Finish
Long and dry, licorice, dark chocolate, pepper.

Oh, so this is called the answer.
    • Nose
Gummy bears, caramel sea salt banana boat, amber walnuts, honey, condensed milk, dark rum, liquid brownie, extremely sweet handmade chocolate, coarse grain hair cake, whiskey syrup.
There is one thing to say, if the spirits are sweetened, they can basically be conclusive. But the rare thing is that the complexity of the smell is pretty good. I don’t know if there will be surprises in the follow-up, but there is no doubt that Midleton Regardless of the wine, at least the Shirley barrel resources can hang Scotland in the same period to make a Thomas manoeuvre. People can't help but recall that Solvay had a golden age before the bill was revised.
    • Taste
Sweet and bitter, obviously sour and astringent. The small Bupleurum granules are hand-blended and put cold. The Chinese patent medicine has a distinctive flavor. Cocoa, Shirley, walnut powder, lotus heart, almond wood shell, have a burning sensation of fireworks.
Ah, it’s like I had a very balanced and wonderful cup of coffee, but I had to rinse my mouth with Coca-Cola before drinking it. It felt like that. I am beginning to believe that this is the original Shirley barrel. By the way, the ungerminated barley used for Irish single-pot distillation is supposed to be opportunistic, and it has a bit of advantage in the body, but this oil is too mediocre. Control the strong barrel smell.

Better, average fat, average sweetness, sourness, a little bit astringency, significant bitterness, no pungency, almost no alcohol.
    • Finish
Long-lasting, black clever, espresso, milk tablets.
