Cute, not overloaded with whisky nuances. Degree and power are felt at all stages but do not go beyond comfort.
    • Nose
Candy (milk caramel, toffee), fruit marmalade, white fruit, yellow cherry, vanilla baking, are something from tropical fruits, lemon, interesting salinity, mineral. The degree is palpable.
    • Taste
Candy, lemon, mineral, honey, wax, a rather sweet profile with a light fruity acidity.
    • Finish
Volumetric, warming, waxy, honey, oak, fruit. Sturdy.

Great and interesting nose, as well in the aroma. The finish leaves something behind. But delicious and complex.

Salt, vanilla, caramel, peanuts and lemon. Add some honey. A slight alcohol note can be heard. Some cinnamon in the background as well as baked fruits (pineapple, banana, papaya). The honey is increasing.
With water: the carbon notes decrease. Also, the salt is less. A little more honey and vanilla. Overall, he makes a lighter impression and is no longer so impetuous.

Very sweet and fruity. Reminiscent of grapes and honey as well as the vanilla is clearly noticeable. Then the percentages of alcohol come through and it gets spicier. The lemon now pushes forward. After some time comes from some salt. The seasoning, some alcohol and the sweetness and vanilla remain.
    • Finish

Medium. Dry fruits. The sweetness as well as the spice remain on the palate. Bright fruits and some honey. The vanilla is still there. At the very end, even a small salt note sticks to the tongue.

    Ausgabepreise November 2017: 49,50 GBP

"We imagined sitting on a sandy beach surrounded by rocky cliffs and pine trees starting a bonfire as we watched the sunset over the ocean. Passing the time, we ate wasabi peas, cucumber sticks with Chaat Masala, a combination of savoury, fragrant and salty Indian spices, chilli rice crackers and Nori, Japanese roasted seaweed. After a drop of water, we added driftwood to the open fire and started roasting chestnuts as well as marshmallows. Someone handed round a bag of dark chocolate covered Brazil nuts whilst others were munching chilli salted chocolate and ginger honeycomb or breaking off a piece from a tangy creamy Sicilian lemon chocolate bar."
