Very complex, round but somehow "dirty part".
Many today's single malts can not compete with this blend of the good old days.
Truly a masterpiece ...
In the nose, the whiskey reminds of a bottle of rum, which has fallen down in a machine shop and has mingled with the lubricants.
Sulfur, black powder and machine oil paired with smoky undertones are on the tongue.
OK. I think it's not for everyone. However, I find this old Dimple excellent.
Especially since today's blends in this league only taste flat, spicy and not very complex ...
Oil, old machine grease, washing powder, rum, malt, candied fruit, orange peel
Smoke, sulfur, sherry, malty, fruit compote
Medium long, dirty
