I tried to translate that 2 words into English, the first words means "...like this'. And the second words means "a tool that made from bamboo for the kitchen".

When combine these two words, I guess it means that it is something like bamboo...

In Japanese whisky, the only whisky that the name contains bamboo is "Taketsuru". So I would guess this whisky is mainly contains Taketsuru.

I have tasted this TBWC whisky and Taketsuru 21yo side by side and the nosing quite similar.

    Tasted blind.

N: Pancake and biscuit sugars, [oloroso] sherry surely, toasted corn, honeyed shreddies,.. is it Macallan? Last year’s TBWC Macallan, batch 6 was very decent [Blog]. A little water sees this old timer more revived, leaping to a youthful savoury freshness and some onion-y peatiness.
T: Oaky-oily, more biscuit-y sherry action and with what seems like a grain lurking underneath - like a Port Dundas say. There’s no doubt in my mind it’s old juice, but is this malt or a blend? More PX-y now, though it was firmly oloroso on the nose.
F: A fairly quiet, creamy old & dry finish.
C: A treat, but these pushy finishes,… will it ever end? Sometimes it feels they are doing more harm than good. A clever person in the know  reckons this is a blend from Yamazakura.Scores a B[-]

Japanese blend, one more, but one of 21, cause, so let's go!
    • Nose
crème brûlée and its wooden jar, caramel, chocolate,
return vanilla, pastry chef, on a rum!
a sweet toasted return very greedy.
    • Taste
wood, black maderized fruits, a little bitterness with strong almond, then more concentrated wood, sherry scents with a lot of noble dust, and not airy leather!
fruity return on banana and grated coconut.
    • Finish
effective with the previously described flavors passing in turn.

    Enthusiasm: Nose 2/5, 3/5 after opening. Mouth and final 4/5 Whiskey n ° 1701
    • Nose
Light, on the grain and its smell of coconut. It's pretty cool. Very wise, too wise, he is little powerful, flat limit. With a long opening, we have toffee.
    • Taste
Gourmand, charming, it is juicy and spicy. Dominated by vanilla, it is supple but also has a lot of relief, which contrasts with the nose.
    • Finish
Sweet! Toffee again. Medium persistence - ie high for a blend. Tip of tannic bitterness, coconut by small touches.

A Blend very well done as a whole. Nothing super original, nothing complex but rather drinkable.
    • Nose
This nose opens quickly with notes of vanilla cream and oak. Then come the fruits with plum and especially apricot syrup. Behind it is a fragrance of bread and cereals.
    • Taste
The first sip seems aggressive but you get used to it quickly. Alcohol seems well integrated in the whole. We are always on woody and fruity notes but this time some spices are appearing. Behind a menthol and citric note slightly hurts the whole.
    • Finish
An average length that focuses mainly on pastry notes. There is brioche, vanilla and cream in here you want it. Some spices dot the whole.
