- Rich and round.
A rich complex mix of tropical fruits, polished oak, citrus and marzipan. Earthy sweetness and a hint of wax.
Citric elements, dried apricots and mango, chestnut honey.
Wood and aged elements, rich and matured.
Medium length, mature and slightly drying.
A very good Blair Atholl, a must buy.
- Excellent fruity nose, very sweet. Blueberries, apricot and ripe pear. Also a lot of wood, with a surprising mix of new (caramel, vanilla) and old oak (sawdust, tobacco). The taste has a note of wet newspaper, which reminds me a little bit of Littlemill. Very, very nice.
