Dram Dracula scored this whisky 93 points

Anyways, this old Glen Grant was great from start to finish. Bright, mentholated, fruity nose with a somewhat lesser but still super nice palate, and rather good finish. This is delicious, but they provided less than 1cl in many glasses that I saw at the masterclass, including mine, which was way too little for a tasting. After all the glasses in the masterclass were poured, the remaining 7 bottles, which all had quite a bit left, were then put in the general event so that more money can be made. This is how you maximize profit, and at the same time, make it into a marketing event for upcoming auction and the auctioneer itself. Probably not the classiest move by the Whisky Auctioneer.
