The solvent notes and astringent green notes diminish on the nose with time, but the taste and finish remain the same. Mouthfeel is very light. Not terrible on its own. Nothing too exciting, either. Not a bad show, if you consider the price.

Nose

Solvent and pears, sour cereal grains and under-ripe bananas, citrus zest and spring flowers, green oak, faint sea-salt, and matcha green tea.

Taste

Oak, sweet citrus and pear, dry green-apple schnapps, bitter-sweet vanilla, and espresso beans.

Finish

Charred oak, dry leaf litter, and matcha green-tea.
