Seen from the PLV, my best from Glenfarclas. The difference to the 15er: The 21 dominates more sweet and less sherry. But more vanilla and therefore he has the better distillery character. Personal impression !
Light sweet smoke rises and mixes the great flavors together. Dry fruits lined with citrus notes. Light sherry with nutmeg to oak and almonds is all there. Class barrel selection! Another hint of vanilla .... great. Delicious !
Rich aroma fills the mouth. Very pleasant with plenty of butterscotch accompanied by oak tones. Wonderfully full-bodied and round everything develops slowly to fruity, smoky and at the same time spicy aromas. Great.
Medium to long and gentle with a touch of dark chocolate, it sounds pleasant. A round and full-bodied whisky that is always worth pouring. This bottle is always safe on my shelf. Promised :-)
