Colour: Dark Amber.
Nose: Heavy and rich, spicy (vegetal condiment), floral, on
plums, grapes, leather, with some berries. Over time, it becomes spicier and
with some hops.
Taste: Dry, spicy (vegetal condiment and nutmeg), rubbery and
on leather, then it becomes more on orange and bitter orange and chewy. Diluted,
it becomes soapy and on coriander. The finish is dry to very dry, tannic,
slightly rubbery, on orange and bitter orange and slightly dusty.
General Impression: A sherry monster without much compromise.
Rich and intense, but slightly too rubbery on the palate to my taste.
