1st thing you notice is a lovely mouthfeel, thicker than the previous '73 Speysiders.
Spices, raisins, orchard fruits and full-on honey-wax on the palate. Cinnamon, spearmint... hints of smth oriental. Utterly complex.Good strength for such an oldtimer 52%+ !
On the finish, there's lacquered wood and notes of exotic fruit, some subtle acidity on raspberries and dried citrus fruit. Medium-long.
Most likely Glenfarclas, as most of these ones are.
