Blindsample named Stinger:
The Stinger, goes through as a stinker! Boh, the stinks ...... how cool! Smells very spicy and impetuous. Ne lemon comes out of the smoke mist. Also very maritime. Reminds me of seawater and algae, or something. But always sweeter. Clear coconut and chocolate. The strong smoke does not make it so easy for me to figure it out. Give a little bit of air ... Lemon is coming more and more and now also the smoked ham. With even more time in the glass, smells the stinker ... um Stinger: D, after old oak drawer. The aromas make a very mature, dense impression. From the alcohol I notice nothing now. Ne anise note is still playing.
Strong, spicy, smoky onset. Jo, barrel strength I would say. But the alcohol is very nicely involved. Plum, slightly bitter pear. Has something from Obstler. Tastes of corn and vanilla. The bitterness is getting more and more. Salty, of course. Smoked ham, of course, but also somehow musty, brackish. The alcohol pushes through now and bring ginger sharpness with it.
Medium to long. Obstler, men's chocolate, ginger and a good dose of bitterness
