Cask is empty as of mid October 2017. People had to transfer the whisky from bottles to their 250ml bottle - not really the idea of a warehouse tasting with a handfill that you pay 70 GBP for, imho. Thus the prentation actually should score a 0 but as a tribute to Douglas Adams and Jackie Robinson scores a 42.
Nose and first taste were quite balanced with the Laphroaig and the PX, which took mission control after that. I couldnt find any whisky in the finish. Wish they'd had used an oloroso cask. It might have been not as sherry dead as this one. Well, to me it was PXed to death - others love it, I hate it.
