a MC that clearly indicates the origin of the island!
    rare and subtle!
    • Nose
      fresh smoke
cooked fruit, a little mold, prunes, crushed walnuts and some honey
      citrus fruits on lemon
sodden wood, fine spices, toasted almonds
    • Taste
      strong spices on oriental spices
      wine cooked a little maderized,
wood present, a little humus, some mushrooms
the peat is present, supplemented by a pile of seaweed and herbs of a salt meadow,
cooked fruit, returned to the corner of the fire, lemon and orange zest, prune soaked!
    • Finish
      peat, liquorice!
the well-cooked fruits on the grape again
wood, old wood with its foam!

Extremely interesting and completely unexpected. And he is also very delicious. I love it when there is more to the smoke and this whisky is undoubtedly one of the "most interesting" in terms of the combination of smoke, fresh grapefruit and sparkling set sherry notes. 89 points.
    • Nose
Smoky cereal with grapefruit. So smoke is there, yes. But it is a very strange smoke. Together with the intense grapefruit note, it dominates the nose. There is some honey behind it. Some incense candle. Seared lime. It takes some time for raisins to get through and manage to sherry through the initially so-dominant smoke-grapefruit combination. Also some chocolate comes through. Cactus juice.
    • Taste
Sour grapefruit. A handful of grapes, subtle oak. The smoke is holding back, as is the sweetness. Mild lime. Tobacco forms. The smoke then comes through in the dessert, along with juicy oranges and cloves.
    • Finish
Long remains the fascinating combination of grapefruit and smoke on the palate and throat. Very citrusy, but with leathery and rosinigem impact. No sweetie.

What a crazy smoke! Never had. Winey, sweet-fruity smoke that has nothing ashy at all. Great!

Nose: the first nose is not tasty, having stood a little ... smoked, wine, plums ...
    Taste: firm and pleasant
    Finish: present, long enough
    Good balance and taste
