    MoS of 2nd fill
    • Nose
yeah, sherry are you there, yes!
wax, encaustic, leather seat dust, a little mold, the armchair being a bit dated,
melted nuts, caramel and macerated fruit
      feeling of bread crumb
    • Taste
spicy, a bit of bitterness in the mouth, then candied fruits, dried fruits, a little grape, nuts again
      the woody arises
      cold coffee
the mold in return, a little tannin
    • Finish
on orange, marmalade exactly, on wood and varnish, a little disparate compared to the nose

  6. Rom scored this whisky 88 points Expert Junior

Very pronounced nose on plum, honey, caramel, nuts and a hint of wax. The mouth is very soft, a little watery texture, the attack is slightly sweet, we find the nose plum and dry fruits difficult to define. Final short / medium that brings a little cinnamon and a very slight bitterness (like zucchini). A rather fine whisky but the mouth lacks power.

    Enthusiasm 4/5
    Whiky n ° 1729
    • Nose
Very fragrant. Flowers, fresh red fruits and jelly. Stealth chocolate. A sulfur coat. Yellow wine, nuts. Cappuchino.
    • Taste
Uberach soft! That's what Uberach will look like in 30 years: juices full of fruit, a little sulfur, the angles filed by time. Juicy with desire and sweet spices.
    • Finish
Figs and black fruits, nice fruity persistence despite the low ABV.

Very nice nose, uncomplicated but tasty mouth. You have to like mocaccino though. Good selection for an anniversary.
    • Nose
At first, overriped fruits (plums, apples, a few citruses). After a few minutes of breathing, they are joined by leather, wood varnish and dried fruits (dates, prunes).
    • Taste
Dried fruits (raisins, figs), walnuts, coffee and dark chocolate.
    • Finish
      Medium, mocaccino.

The mystery of a refill cask. Great old (fashioned) malt whisky as we like it. Pricing is fair. Only hair in the soup (as the Germans say) is the very low ABV, what gives it a medium body.

Van Zuylen: "Color: dark old gold Nose: after a touch of lacquer, aromas of antique bookcases, old leather and polished waxes, with a beautiful counterweight of fresher notes of star fruit and ripe grapefruit After some time in the glass he develops aromas of dried dates and plums cedarwood and sweet pipe tobacco Very delicate and subtle Taste: the emphatically bittersweet tone of oloroso sherry is accompanied by orange marmalades, raisins, leather and an accent of nuts, followed by notes of dried figs, sweet tea and a hint of mocha. the beginning until the long aftertaste he develops a delicious undertone of salmiak.
