"A silky veil sweet of vanilla and butter pastry engulfed our senses like wearing warm and toasty tea cosies inside our heads. Floral honeysuckle and elderflower tantalised and teased before delicately delivering custard creams, candy canes and pink Turkish delight. A citric breeze of kiwi and fresh strawberry passed by perhaps mixed and mashed into a creamy milkshake. Then the dry spiciness of pink peppercorns and sweeter garam masala with turmeric blending perfectly with the woodiness of dry seasoned oak. The finish was rich and long lasting, chewy and pleasing, with a memory of butter on toasted malt loaf."
