Visited in July 2017. Distillery opened few months earlier after a succesful Kickstarter project. Shop and Tour wasn't started yet, but the door was open and the owner Simon invited us in to take a look. He guided me and my wife through the distillery and was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable storyteller. Unfortunately the first distilled was in the casks only three months earlier, so there was nothing to nose and taste, but Simon gave us a peak of the first batch. Will be back in a couple of years.
