About InchDairnie

InchDairnie is a modern Scotch whisky producer located near Glenrothes in Fife, Scotland. Founded by Ian Palmer in 2015, the Lowland distillery emphasizes innovation—employing precision technologies like a hammer mill, mash filter, and a rare Lomond still to explore seasonality and flavor in its spirits. The distillery releases a rye whisky under the RyeLaw label and is preparing to launch its flagship single malt, KinGlassie, along with a seasonal “vintage” single malt concept slated for release around 2029. InchDairnie also serves the blending market, supplying spirit for well-known brands until its own expressions are fully matured.
