Hinch Distillery set in Killaney Estate in the rolling Co Down countryside, sits half way between the city of Belfast and the beautiful Mourne mountains in Northern Ireland.
The latest addition to the Irish Whiskey renaissance which has seen double digit growth for the category around the world for the past few years, Hinch Distillery has ambitions to be a key independent player in the coming years.
Irish owned and operated, this independent company is building a £12m facility on its estate which will include both a state-of-the-art Malt Whiskey distillery and a Visitors centre due for completion in early 2020.
The company has forward planned and owns some of the finest and rarest stocks of cask whiskey on the island of Ireland and the company is releasing its cask stock bottled in the Spring of 2019.
A fantastic quality range of aged Blends, Pure Pot Still and a Peated single Malt called the Time Collection will be available for sale on the International Markets and the company already has secured supply contracts in a number of important markets.
The company will also be producing a unique craft Irish Gin called the Ninth Wave, and this brand will be available in the summer of 2019.
