Hven

Hven is a Swedish single malt whisky brand produced by Spirit of Hven Backafallsbyn, located on the small island of Hven in the Öresund Strait. Established in 2008, the distillery produces organic whisky using locally sourced barley and traditional copper pot stills. Maturation takes place on-site in a variety of cask types, including American oak, sherry, and wine barrels. Hven whiskies are typically bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, often as small-batch or single-cask releases.
