Aqua Vitae is a Taiwanese independent whisky bottler, retailer, and bar operator based in Kaohsiung, established in 2005 by Allen Chen. It began bottling under its Aqua Vitae Whisky Selection brand in 2017, debuting with the Greek Gods series showcased at Whiskyfair Takao. The brand is known for serialized single cask releases—such as the Five Elements and The Renaissance series—with imaginative theming and collectible presentation.
