Untill recently I was not very thrilled abt the combination food & whisky. So when I received an invitation from a dear friend to go to Zino for a WB Whisky diner I decided to go with an open mind. Well, I wish I was a bid more openminded a bit earlier. It was fantastic. Chef Martijn managed to present 4 beautifull dishes paired with 4 more than average whisky's creating a synergy which really blew me away. I am a believer now.
