Where Becherovka was aging in the past decades, the Charles IV Restaurant and Brewery are situated today. A large part of the original cellar furnishings and equipment have been put to use in the newly opened restaurant and brewery. You may sit on comfortable wooden chairs made from old barrels, you may warm up by the radiators connected with the original stainless steel pipes. Since the layout of the restaurant sophisticatedly utilises the entire original space, the premises seem as though they have been always serving gastronomic purposes.
On weekdays, the restaurant offers a daily menu, as well as a variety of other dishes not only from the cookbooks of our grandmothers. Naturally, the restaurant offers the complete produce of the Charles IV Brewery, the premises of which are visible from the restaurant floor.
