My thoughts are on the trip to Rotterdam TODAY! It's a shame! I look forward to the next time!

Third year attending and as previously stated, it has gotten better.  Pleasure to meet new people this year.  Looking forward to next year!

I think Pim nailed it when he wrote 'It hardly is possible, but this year seemed even better again then last years' Gathering!' I have already reviewed this event twice (see below), and I must say that the Whiskybase Gathering 2019 was as good as an international whisky festival could possibly be: great ambiance, superb selection of malts and an outstanding service by the Whiskybase team!

Compared to last year, the Saturday was a bit 'less crowded' and the Sunday a bit 'less quiet', but obviously I preferred the Sunday. My only constructive criticism is to release that list of bottles a little earlier, as many people had to browse the selection of bottles in a hurry before traveling to Rotterdam. The WB chips in my pocket disappeared all too quickly, but hey, it's only once a year!

Thanks to the organizers for a fantastic weekend, and I am very much looking forward to return to the Netherlands for the 5th Whiskybase Gathering in 2020!

perfect organization, great friends, amazing bottles. Probably I only miss the possibility to buy closed bottles but I totally enjoyed my experience here 

Again the 4th edition of Whiskybase Gathering..Again a wide choice for beautiful and special bottlings. B.t.w.  I am very happy with the new cord that fits perfectly around the tasting glass!!
