Hi to all,

today I was surprised. Somebody sent more than 20 photos from one bottling!

Unfortunately none of them has been prepared as described in the pdf : /storage/random/Editingimages.pdf

From my point of view, the quality of many pictures could be better.

What to do? 20 pictures for one bottling are too many.

What are your thoughts?
Kind regards
Sjaunja

If you are are editing/processing uploaded images as a specialist on a regular basis, you are invited to join the Moderators Photo Group where we discuss issues like this.

We agreed that we want to limit the amount of photos of a bottle entry to what is necessary, as too many images cause display errors as well as clustering the page with redundant information.

Only add pictures to a bottle which add new information: If a picture is not providing any new information, reject it. For example, we do not need 5 different images of the packaging. It is useful to read labels, see the bottle, packaging and extras - but we do not need angle shots of every item! A healthy amount of images could be 6-10 per bottle, depending on extras etc.
