I recently traveled from Switzerland to Italy and wanted to bring a few hard-to-find bottles back to the USA.  While passing through Interlaken, I stopped by a great little whisky shop called Whiskyness.  While talking with the owner, Andreas (username:  WAGI68), I mentioned, over a whisky tasting, that I was flying out of Milan (MXP) to get back to the United States.  He suggested I stop at the Duty Free in Milan to grab a few bottles, as he knew this particular duty free had good variety and pricing.  I was very impressed with this duty free, as it was much better than any others I had stopped at before.  I was able to grab a bottle of Macallan Concept No.1 for 110 Euro and would have purchased a few other whiskies if I wasn't already at my limit!  I would definitely recommend stopping at the Milano duty free, and wondered if anyone else has had great duty free experiences or could share their stories and whisky finds while traveling abroad.  Cheers!
