Color

Yellow gold

Nose

Spicy and sweet.  Oak and malt.  Vanilla and candied pecans. Acetone.  Damp forest floor.  Green bananas.  New spring grass.

Taste

Again, spicy.  White pepper.  Sour berries.  "Bubbly", if that makes sense, almost like carbonation on the tongue.  Sweet red bell peppers. Green plums.  Spearmint. 

Finish

Medium long and spicy.  Remnants of crushed black pepper.  Sweet mixed dried fruit.   

Comments

Leaves your mouth feeling clean (almost minty).
