D'abord de l'acidité, puis de la douceur et de la rondeur s'installe.

Le bois se révèle (enfin ?), je l'attendais. C'est un refill sherry
après tout. Il assèche un peu la bouche, juste ce qu'il faut, pas trop. Finale très longue.

Très bon, très bien fait. Le côté sherry n'est pas trop fort ni
trop envahissant, on sent encore très clairement les céréales.

Nose: grass,green apricot,creamy,red apple,lemon,wax (88)
Mouth: sweet and creamy,astringent,fruity,notes of herb,almonds(88)
Finish:long,wax,again sweat and creamy,bitter of the lemon zest(90)
Balance: sweat,creamy,wax and green grass, like it!(89)
