Color

Tawny

Nose

Mellow, very fruity and elegant at first nosing, surprisingly fresh. Later on it turns more into mineralic and grassy notes, hay, caramel and pencil shavings. Very nice.

Taste

Clean, dry and fresh. Notes of dry sherry and dry sparkling wine. Peppery and a definitely more spirity than expected. Ginger, a few tannins, hints of lemons and fresh apples.

Finish

Long, dry and spicy (ginger, white pepper), leaving a clean and dry mouthfeeling behind.

Comments

A very good and typical Liittlemill. When you look at the color you would expect a lot of sherry, but the sherry is very discreet and well integrated into the typical Littlemill flavors.
