Gin clear

Nose

First of: dry oak, hay, a tad chalky/mineral. (84)
A bit later: turning grassier now, cigar box/sandalwood, some cinnamon & vanilla, slight sour edge to it with some apple aromas, also there's something faint fishy in the back, . (85)
Later: creamy vanilla & lots of it, wood and a slightly metallic note take over not long after. Hm... (84)

Taste

bright oak, vanilla & cinnamon, cardamom. (84)

Finish

biscuits/shortbread, vanilla cream. Pleasant, but a bit unexciting/one dimensional. (86)

Color

Pale gold

Nose

Agrumes (pamplemousse, citron), jus de citron. Un peu minéral mais sans excès, et également herbacé. Il y a d'autres choses dedans mais quoi? Une impression de "propreté"

Taste

Sorbet citron, un fruité très présent aussi qui fait penser à du melon très mûr. Puis ça évolue sur des notes plus rondes, plus riches. Un peu de miel aussi et de sirop d'érable. De la mandarine aussi (à la fois fraiche et confite). Et puis c'est au tour du citron de revenir.

Finish

Long sur les mêmes aromes que la bouche surtout le citron
