Nose

Deep sweetness, a mix of sour cherry, tangerines, red orange, hints of tobacco, hints of hair spray, pure oak, old furniture, peat sweetness and light smoke. It reminds me of Port Charlotte from sherry casks. Very elegant and perfectly balanced.

Taste

It starts somewhere between honey sweetness, orange and bitter grapefruit. After a few seconds you will find white pepper and tobacco. During all this time a sweet smoke and prunes make all the efforts to get your attention. After tens of seconds sweetness goes away to let dryness, bitterness and peat come to front. Blue cheese is noticeable in the background.

Finish

Long, smooth, fruity and smoky, a little bit dry and hints of tobacco and cherry. White pepper and hot sensation appear at the end.
