Color

Old gold

Nose

Maly, hints of perfume, hay, some peat as well.

Taste

Mellow, oily, medium dry, smoky as well.

Finish

Clean, gingery, some bitterness.

Comments

Old fashioned style whisky. Typical G&M CC from the 1970 's, which they don't make anymore nowadays.

A well balanced whisky, sweet toffee and of course with 40v% easy and nice to drink, unobtrusive and pleasant. What a pity, this distillery is closed.
