This Bunnahabhain Toit Each is a special variation of the famous
Bunnahabhain Islay malt ahisky.
a special distillation process is a slight "touch" of smoky tones
with peated and gemoutte grain beautifully together.
Colour : Clear honey gold
Taste : Sweet, peaty and smoky aftertaste

The nose is pleasant
with his full tones of peat with typical aromas of a farm, such as wet hay, grain and peat.
Taste
On the palate, the peat is still very present.
In the mouth has Bunnahbhain Toit Each first full tones of peat than fruit aromas, some pepper with black sweet notes
of oak and light, not too heavy smokiness.

"After a string of highly-regarded indie peated Bunnahabhains, the
distillery has finally released an official version of their
heavily-peated malt. Toiteach is Gaelic for Smoky, and apparently
there`s some sherry influence on this as well. Kudos to Burn Stewart
for bottling this unchilfiltered at 46%."

Peat is quite subtle, brine, smoke, vinegar(?). With water the nose goes a bit quiet and subdued
Taste
Smoke, nice level of peat (not overpowering), spicey, some late ash. With water a bit more peat, some peppery notes and some brine.
Finish
Quite short but with a nice peaty aftertaste

A bit fragile and better without water.

shortish but nice enough.
