Color

Pale gold

Nose

Warming and rather intensive nose with fruity and oaky notes in the dominating role. The fruity components remind me of a fresh home-made fruit salad, with apples, oranges, bananas, raisins and lemon juice. The oaky components include vanilla, white pepper and young wood. Lively and fresh, a very beautiful nose.

Taste

Warming - keeps what the nose has promised: Plenty of fruit salad and vanilla with dark forest honey and pepper. Rich and balanced with a pleasant sweetness, which makes it extremely tasty !

Finish

Medium long with a pleasant sweetness followed by some pepper and a balanced dryness without any false note.
