Gin clear
Nose
First of: malty, light sherry note, fresh apricots, some beeswax, (wet) tweed, bubblegum, (91)
Later: very pleasant, but lost some of the beeswax, some green apple lollies and a slight curry note appeared. (89)

Taste
slightly woody & dry for a start, then some sherry, pastry, cooked plums, cinnamon, turning more creamy, toffee, (89)
Finish
after the creamyness the dryness peaks again ( reminds me of the astrigency of grape seeds), this time with more wood but quite pleasant, dry & fresh/juicy at the same time, apple-sauce & custard, distant beeswax and some cocoa powder. (85)
Comments
Although interesting, this is too dry for me at the end and only a shadow of the 21yo of old...

Color
Burnished
Nose
Light berry fruits, raspberry and bramble, fresh tobacco, leather, fruit jam, green tea, peppermint, spearmint and guava.
Taste
Delightfully subtle with lots of polo mints tobacco and gentle smoke. Slightly musty. The jammy fruitiness returns.
Finish
A little hot at first, but there's a relentless interplay of subtle fruity flavours.
Comments
This is wonderful. It only needs two things: full strength and a price I can afford. Oh yes and hsmithjr is correct about the packaging.
It's better to have drunk it all than never to have drunk at all.

Just received my bottle. Has anyone seen this ridiculous packaging? It looks like it could star in a variety of bad 1980`s movies.
