A lovely, fruity dram, perfect for starters and always pleasant.

Yellow gold

Nose

Malty, estery, aldehyde and vanillin (reduced: lots of esters, woody, not very complex, but very stable and repeateble).

Taste

Soft, sweet, woodspices uncomplicated (reduced: gets slightly weaker, some sweetness and malty notes).

Finish

Smooth, some woodspices but pleasant.

Comments

Nice composition, very simple and perfect for the base ingredient, such as Johnnie Walker.
