Color

Pale gold

Nose

Fresh, invigorating. Rather mild, it seems, for such a high alcohol strength. Yeasty, dusty, floral, sugary, sweet pastry (baklava maybe).

Taste

Pungent. Grapefruit, menthol, spices, dried apricots, honey.

Finish

Durable and explosive. Firecracker alike. Peppery, sulfuric notes, cloves, paprika, cardomom, lemon rind.

Comments

Pour water safely, it needs plenty of it to soften the sharpness of the dram. The flavour gets much palatable then. Alas, the nose dissolves quite rapidly as well.
