Tasting tags

While there are only four primary tastes (sweet, sour, salty and bitter) there are 30+ primary aromas, and we can detect some of them diluted to one part in a trillion.

Nose	Here it is more smoke, ash, tar, peat than any other whiskey .. Yet so much Ardbeg ..
Taste	A great attack, but not so it becomes too much. Citrus ..
Finish	Loooong finish, you feel the smoke in your throat for half an hour after you have drunk it up, lovely ...
