Farbe: Madeira
Nase: Maechtig und stark alkoholisch, Sherry, Orangen und trockene Zitrusfruechte, Schokolade, Rosinen, Tabak, leicht erdig-rauchig.
Geschmack: Zu Beginn genauso fett wie in der Nase; mit suessen Honignoten, Zitronen, Rauch und Holz. Ergaenzt wird die Geschmackspalette durch salzige Nuesse, Rosinen und schwarzen Tee.
Finish: Lang, Eichenholz und Nuesse, trocken und bitterer werdend.
Bemerkung: Ein sehr maechtiger Macallan, bei dem die 57% eine große Rolle spielen.
