Color

Deep gold

Nose

Sherried oranges and a trace of smoke. After a few minutes some pineapple appears and then a trace of cocnut and pears.

Taste

Surprising alcohol hit for a mere 43%, but then the pineapple and oranges arrive (in that order ) though the trace of smoke has gone. Sweet and clean.

Finish

The oranges are still there, then some pear. Slightly bitter finish that I usually associate with caramel but this is quite a light colour so maybe not.
