Color

Old gold

Nose

Leather, old bourbon, old horse saddle, liquorice, rotten apples, delicate notes of citrus, sweetness, white pepper, grilled paprika, tar paper and burned asphalt.

Taste

It starts with sourness, then sweetness, liquorice, roasted onion, some sweetness again, chili, hot paprika, white pepper, a little bit of dryness and gooseberry.

Finish

Very long with pepper and spices, dryness and hints of liquorice.
