Color

Amontillado sherry

Nose

Nose gives the sense of great adventure with strong sherry influence, sweetness, dark chocolate, dried fruit compote, plums and some dryness.

Taste

It starts with sweetness, sourness, dark chocolate, dried fruits and plums then a lot of oak, as well as hints of varnish.

Finish

Medium long, evolving, dry with prunes.
