Color

White wine

Nose

Rancid, sour, vinegar like acidity.

Taste

Sweet malt. No real character or complexity in this whisky. Quite jaggy and young tasting.

Finish

Relatively short, non distinct finish.

Comments

This whisky supposedly spent 20 years in a sherry cask and it is lighter in color than most single malts matured in a refill bourbon cask for much less time. No sherry to be found in the nose or on the palate. Tastes less than half its age. Awful.
