Intensely nutty, smoky, peaty and the typical sharpness of Talisker, pleasantly sweet and warming. A worthy conclusion to a nice round of friends.

Color

Amber

Nose

Tingling nose feeling. The first thing I noticed was that the scent is so sweet, almost sherry-like. Plastic/rubber.

Taste

The taste is smooth and there are flavors of oak, bark and forest.

Finish

Long finish, very strong. Throat warming gold.

Comments

A good whisky, lovely scent that is followed by a taste that does not have the same dimensions. It's a little bit too woody.
