Farbe: Gold
Nase: Siru­par­tige Honigs­uesse, viel Vanille, Ber­ga­motte, Blu­men­wiese und fri­sche Limette, Heu, zarte unauf­dring­li­che Gum­mi­no­ten.
Geschmack: Vol­ler Geschmack mit viel fruch­ti­gen Aro­men, Man­da­ri­nen, Vanille, brau­ner Zucker, Honig, etwas Salz, gesuess­ter Kaf­fee, Tee­aro­men, gruene Nadel­hoel­zer.
Finish: Lang, tro­cken frisch und etwas har­zig. Zart fruch­tige Noten blei­ben auf der Zunge zurueck.

Color

Yellow gold

Nose

Intensive with lots of vanilla, honey and beeswax. Ripe mirabelles and fudge. Lovely.

Taste

Wow, this is really beautiful! Bold, clean and rich. Mainly on fruits, honey and caramel - honey candied mirabelles. Nice oakiness in the background, white pepper as well.

Finish

Long with white pepper and a beautiful mellow oakiness.

Comments

Untypical Glenfarclas but tasting it is a great experience. Perfect example how good whisky from this distillery can be when it is matured in an excellent bourbon cask.
