Billy
Nose: Big smoke up front - peat burning stoves and damp bonfires. Tinned fish, cracked stone and Germolene.
Palate: More restrained than the nose may suggest - kippers, gravel, a touch of sweet red fruit and sour chews.
Finish: Sweet and lingering, turning slowly to peaty smoke.

Nase: Kraftvoll getorft, suesses Getreide, dampfendes herbstliches Lagerfeuer
Gaumen: Asche, russig, suesses Malz, leicht nach Kreosot (Kohlenteer), Honig.
Abgang: Rauch, Asche und Russ bleibt, Lakritze und etwas Holz
