Color

Old gold

Nose

Intensive nose considering its strength and age. A little strange with notes of old moldered wood and sweaty leather. In addition there are old sherry and dark forest honey, hints of mint and smoke.

Taste

Mild, round and slightly sweet with strong notes of concentrated longly infused tea, plus sherry and toffee. Quite some leather and ginger, as well as mirabelles and honey. A little weird but still o.k. for me.

Finish

Medium long on toffee, dark forest honey and walnuts.

Comments

In an online-tasting some of us disliked this one, especially the nose. The taste is better.
