Farbe: Weißsswein
Nase: Salzige Zitrone, rauchig mit Vanille, leicht stechend, eher duenn.
Geschmack: Erstaunlich cremig, sonst wie Nase (Salz, Zitrone, Vanille), zart rauchig, etwas Torf und weißer Pfeffer, bittere Note (unreifer Apfel).
Finish: Recht lang und trocken, cremige Vanille, Zitrone, stark torfig, stark rauchig, recht lecker ohne die bittere Geschmacksnote.
Bemerkung: Diese Cremigkeit und der tolle Abgang sind das Beste!
